Marsha J. Price was born in the 1950’s and raised at Air Force bases all around the globe because her father was in the military. She considers Knoxville, TN her hometown.

After high school, she married and became a homemaker, raising 4 sons.

Marsha J. Price was born in the 1950’s and raised at Air Force bases all around the globe because her father was in the military. She considers Knoxville, TN her hometown.

After high school, she married and became a homemaker, raising 4 sons.

In 1989, she completed business college and began employment at Hemphill Brothers Coach

Company as a receptionist. Marsha was the first full-time office personnel for Trent and Joey

Hemphill and Hemphill Brothers.

During her 33 years at Hemphill Brothers, Marsha has held the offices of Accounts Payable,

Accounts Receivable, Executive Assistant, Contracts, Safety Director (for 15 years), and since

2015 has held the position of Office Manager. As safety director for the company, Marsha

oversaw the transition for entertainer drivers not being under DOT regulations to having to log

miles and be under DOT compliance. Due to the driver’s high respect of Marsha, this transition

was smooth and flawless. Marsha was highly instrumental in the growth of Hemphill Brothers

throughout her career by hiring and managing many drivers and on-site employees. Some of

which have been with the company for more than 20 years. Her dedication and commitment

have been a key component to the growth of Hemphill Brothers to be an industry leader of today.

Marsha stated, “the company and industry is a family.”

As of this today, Marsha is alive and well where she resides in Goodlettsville, TN.

Jack E. Winter was born in 1957 and raised in Nashville, TN.  During high school he was employed at K-Mart, and in 1976 he began employment with United Coach Service as a mechanic.  In 1990 Jack was hired as Service Manager of Nitetrain Coach and he took the position of Safety Manager in 1997 wher

Jack E. Winter was born in 1957 and raised in Nashville, TN.  During high school he was employed at K-Mart, and in 1976 he began employment with United Coach Service as a mechanic.  In 1990 Jack was hired as Service Manager of Nitetrain Coach and he took the position of Safety Manager in 1997 where he is presently.  Through the years Jack has assisted with co-drives for races, concerts and football games.  Jack has had the opportunity to work on buses for most country acts, including Ernest Tubb, Mel Tillis, Tammy Wynette, Loretta Lynn, Conway Twitty, Porter Wagoner, and many others.  He is a leading expert in the entertainer safety industry, earning dozens of national awards for himself and Nitetrain Coach.  As of this writing Jack is alive and well and living in Spring Hill, TN.
