Stephanie Frederick

Bus years: 2006 – Present

Stephanie Frederick was raised in St Joseph, TN. After high school, she moved to Florence, AL.

She attended the University of North Alabama, graduating with an accounting degree in 1992.

Her first job was working with a furniture manufacturing company dealing with customer service

and collections. She worked in the screen-printing industry for 10 years; becoming a

partner/owner for the last 3 years. In 2006 she began working for Senators Coaches in Accounts

Receivable. Stephanie was promoted to Driver Coordinator in 2010 and Leasing Manager in

2019 where she remains today.

As of this writing, Stephanie resides in Waterloo, AL.

Wayne Linder

Life Years: 1970 – Present

Bus years: 1996 – Present

Wayne Linder was born in 1970 and raised in Pascagoula, MS. After high school he served in

the US Army as an Airborne Signal Operator from 1990 – 1994. Upon separation, Wayne began

driving semi-trucks and playing music. Obtaining a small record deal, he moved to Nashville

around 1995. Wayne’s friend played drums for artist Tanya Tucker and one evening the bus

driver didn’t show up when needed. Wayne was called to drive and instantly fell in love with the

job. He drove for bands such as Papa Roach, Disturbed and others before joining Pioneer Coach

Company when it was founded in 2002. Starting as a driver, Wayne quickly moved to the

Leasing Manager position. In 2024 during the Live Nation merger, Wayne became the Chief

Sales Officer where he remains today.

Wayne has furthered his education by obtaining a Masters degree in Business Administration

from Cumberland University, as well as a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from

Trevecca Nazarene University.

As of this writing, Wayne resides in Mt Juliet, TN.
